In addition, Trinity is unable to censor or edit the content of any Third-Party Site. By using the Third-Party Site, you expressly relieve Trinity from any and all liability arising from your use of any such Third-Party Site. 10. Ability to Accept Terms of Use

You affirm that you are more than 18 years of age and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Terms of Use, and to abide by and comply with this Terms of Use. This Site is not intended for children under the age of thirteen (13). If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use this Site and exit now.

11. Assignment

These Terms of Use, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by Trinity without restriction.

12. Governing Law, Location, Entire Agreement

12.1. Texas Law Governs

This Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding its conflicts of law principles‎, and the applicable federal laws of the United States of America. All disputes arising under, or in any way connected with use of this Site, shall be litigated exclusively in the state and federal courts residing in the State of Texas, and in no other court or jurisdiction. You hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the State of Texas.

12.2. Services Operated in the United States

Trinity controls and operates this Site from its offices in the United States, and we make no representation that this Site or any Services are appropriate or available for use beyond the United States. If you use this Site or any Services from other locations, you are doing so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws regarding your online conduct and acceptable content, if and to the extent local laws apply. This Site may describe programs and services that are available only in the United States (or only parts of it). We reserve the right to limit the availability of this Site and the Services and/or the provision of any content, programs, service, or other feature described or available on this Site to any person, entity, geographic area, or jurisdiction, at any time and in our sole discretion, and to limit the quantities of any content, program, service, or other feature that we provide.

13. Invalidity; Waiver

If any provision of this Terms of Use is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect. You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback or other information provided by you to Trinity are not confidential and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to distribute, publish, modify, edit or otherwise use your submissions.
